83 Hamilton, Building A and B, Doylestown, PA

Structural Design of a one three story and one two story commercial buildings. Each maintains commercial retail space on the first floor one has office space on the second floor and the other has a story residential unit. Each are conventional wood stick framed. Due to the loading requirements of the use of the two story building the frame was supplemented with steel columns and beams. Retaining walls were also designed to fulfill site requirements

Royersford Lofts, Royersford, PA

Structural Design of three story 27 unit high end residential building. First floor framed with structural steel and steel joists. Upper floors are framed with steel studs and wood trusses. Building is in the river flood plain, requiring special design.

The Acadia, Atlantic City, NJ

Preliminary Structural Design of three story 24 unit 50+ residences. First floor framed with structural steel and steel joists. Upper floors are framed with steel studs and joists. The building is in an area of high winds.

Carriage House Renovation,
New Hope, PA

Structural design of renovation to existing 200 year old structure. Foundation was underpinned to deal with differential settlement. Entire structure will be stripped to the existing stone walls. New second floor and roof framing was designed with engineered lumber, dimensional limber and structural insulated panels.

Third Story Deck, Doylestown, PA

Design and installation of a 24' x 20' deck on the roof of the second story with access from the third story. Included shoring of existing roof and deck structure. Railing infill utilized mesh fabric for strength and privacy.

Jacob's Development, Hilltown,PA

Provided structural modification design and construction direction for two homes. Designed addition to kitchen which removed 1st floor rear wall, designed framing for additional bedroom in lieu of two story great room.
